Terms of Service

Custom Guitar Solos is a manual composition and notation service. You send a request for a song, and a custom solo may be written by hand and delivered as agreed. There is no automatic generator, account system, or payment checkout on this website.

Sending the form does not automatically create a paid order or guarantee acceptance of the request. A project starts only after the scope, timing, deliverables, and any price are agreed by email.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, useful song references, and any guitar limits that matter, such as fret count, tuning, string gauge, technique limits, or desired difficulty.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed for your own use of any song, recording, backing track, or reference material you provide. The service supplies custom guitar solo notation and does not grant rights in the original song or recording.

Unless agreed otherwise, the expected deliverables are a Guitar Pro 5 file and a PDF. Delivery is normally by email. Timeframes and revision details should be agreed before work begins.

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful material through the form. Requests may be declined when the brief is unclear, inappropriate, outside the service scope, or impossible to deliver at the requested level.

The site and deliverables are provided for music composition, education, performance preparation, and recording support. They are not legal, financial, or business advice.
