The request form collects your name, email address, song title, artist, optional YouTube link, selected difficulty, and optional notes. This is the information needed to understand your request and reply by email.

The site may also receive basic technical information from the hosting platform, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and request logs. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the site working.

Your request details are used to respond to your inquiry, discuss the custom solo, prepare the requested GP5/PDF deliverables, and keep a backup record of submitted requests.

The legal basis for this processing is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, performance of any agreed service, and legitimate interest in running a reliable website.

Request data may be processed by Vercel for hosting, Neon for the Postgres database, and Resend for email delivery. These services are used only to operate the site and send request notifications.

This site does not sell personal information and does not use the submitted request details for third-party advertising.

This site does not intentionally set marketing cookies or run analytics cookies. The hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies or logs to deliver and protect the site.

Request records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver the service, handle follow-up questions, and maintain business records. You can ask for deletion when the data is no longer needed for those purposes.
